When you are charged with a crime, you need effective representation from the moment you are charged. I have the skills and experience necessary to provide you with this representation and protect your legal rights. I previously served as a prosecutor for many years and handled numerous serious cases, including felonies and misdemeanors, in both jury trials and cases tried before a judge. I have also represented many individuals as defense counsel in my private practice. Because of this experience, I have a clear understanding of the approach of prosecutors to their cases and the skills needed to work with prosecutors to secure favorable plea negotiations, including avoiding incarceration of my clients.
